1. Eligibility and Use of Our Services

By using Rafal Services, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you are using the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
• Any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will use our Services only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our Services where reasonably necessary and where permitted by applicable law.

2. Our Store and Shopify

Rafal operates an online retail store using Shopify's e-commerce infrastructure. Shopify provides technology and infrastructure that allows us to operate our online store, checkout, and related Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Rafal. Shopify is not the seller of Rafal products and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, or other obligations arising from purchases made through our store, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen, display settings, lighting conditions, photography conditions, and individual product characteristics. Colors displayed on a screen may not perfectly represent the physical color of a product.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, update product information, discontinue products, limit quantities, change product availability, and restrict sales to certain jurisdictions where necessary. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

4. Cosmetic Product Notice

The Rafal Brow Stamp Kit is a cosmetic product intended for external use, designed to help create the appearance of more defined and natural-looking eyebrows.

Individual results may vary. The appearance of the product after application can depend on skin type, natural eyebrow hair, existing eyebrow shape, skin preparation, amount of product applied, application technique, selected shade, and lighting conditions. Rafal does not guarantee that every customer will achieve an identical result.

5. Product Safety and Skin Sensitivity

Rafal cosmetic products are intended for external use only. Before using a cosmetic product for the first time, we recommend performing a suitable patch test according to the product's intended use and instructions.

Do not intentionally apply the product to broken, irritated, infected skin, or areas experiencing an active skin reaction. If irritation, discomfort, redness, swelling, or another unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use. If you experience a serious reaction, seek appropriate medical attention.

If you have known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or concerns about whether a cosmetic product is suitable for you, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Shade and Brow Shape Selection

Rafal products may be available in multiple shades and brow shapes, including Light Brown, Dark Brown, Soft Black, and multiple brow stencil shapes.

You are responsible for selecting the option that best suits your preferences when placing your order. Because cosmetic results vary between individuals, choosing a particular shade or shape does not guarantee a specific visual result. If we send you an option different from the one ordered, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

7. Orders

When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order. Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Rafal has accepted the order. An order may be accepted when payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
