At Rafal, we want you to feel confident in both your brows and your purchase.

If something is not right with your order, please contact us and our team will review your request and help determine the most appropriate solution.

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Rafal online store and is intended to operate alongside any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.

1. About Your Rafal Brow Stamp Kit

Before placing your order, we want to make sure you understand exactly what you are purchasing.

The Rafal Brow Stamp Kit is designed to help you create a soft, defined and natural-looking brow appearance quickly and easily.

Your kit includes:

  • 3 brow stencil shapes
  • 3 natural-looking shades
  • Brow stamp powder product
  • Application components included with the selected kit
  • Complimentary digital The Brow eBook, where applicable

The three brow shades are:

Light Brown

A soft, natural-looking brown shade.

Dark Brown

A deeper brown shade designed for a more defined appearance.

Soft Black

A soft black/greyish-black shade designed to provide greater definition without necessarily appearing as a harsh jet black.

Please note: The final appearance of the product may vary depending on natural brow shape, existing brow hair, skin type, skin preparation, amount of product applied, application technique, selected shade, and lighting conditions. Product colors displayed on screens may also appear slightly different from the physical product due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and device differences.

2. Product Results and Personal Preference

Cosmetic products can produce different results from person to person.

If you receive the correct Rafal product and selected shade, but you personally do not like the resulting color, intensity, shape, or finish, this will generally be considered a personal preference rather than a product defect.

Our team may be able to provide application guidance or help you understand how to achieve a softer or more defined result. For example, applying a lighter layer may create a softer appearance, while building the product gradually may create greater definition.

Personal preference regarding the appearance or finish of a correctly supplied product does not automatically constitute a defect. Any refund request based solely on personal preference will be handled according to the applicable return conditions in this policy and applicable consumer law.

3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Misdescribed Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, unsafe, missing an expected component, or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A clear photo of the product
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A short video where appropriate
  • A description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we may offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, a replacement shade, a partial refund, a full refund, or another appropriate solution. The solution provided will depend on the circumstances of the case and any applicable consumer rights.

You will not normally be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs when a product is verified as damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, or materially different from its description, where required by applicable law.

4. Cosmetic Products and Hygiene

Because the Rafal Brow Stamp Kit is a cosmetic product intended for use on the face, hygiene and product safety are important to us.

For health and hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted if a cosmetic product has been opened, used, applied, contaminated, or had a hygiene seal broken, where restricting the return is permitted by applicable law.

This restriction does not prevent you from exercising any mandatory consumer rights that may apply if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or materially different from its description.

Opening the external shipping package alone does not necessarily mean that the cosmetic product has been used or that a hygiene seal has been broken.

5. Shade Selection

Rafal offers multiple shades designed to accommodate different brow and hair colors. We recommend selecting your shade carefully before placing your order.

The appearance of a shade may vary depending on natural hair color, existing brow color, skin tone, lighting, amount applied, number of layers, and application technique.

If you receive the shade you selected but later decide that another shade would have been more suitable, this may be treated as a change-of-mind or personal-preference request rather than a product defect.
